ZUO supports and is a proud member of The Sustainability Furniture Council – a non-profit organization created to promote sustainable practices in the furniture industry with a commitment to manufacturing operations that are environmentally friendly.

Our commitment begins by following international standards and guidelines. Maintaining careful inspection to all partner factories – we ensure each location meets the stringent manufacturing standards. Manufacturing with recycled plastics and steel, adhering to carb compliant for all our composite woods and sourcing woods from plantation forests. Supplying and manufacturing only LED energy efficient bulbs continues our mission and dedication to help protect our environment.

ZUO works to further with personal and company energy reductions at all our facilities and each of our distribution centers to ensure we are reducing or reusing packing and packaging materials to reduce transportation needs.

ZUO also contributes to the economic and environmental health of our local and global communities by donations and charitable contributions to World Wildlife Fund & Rainforest Alliance.
