Home Accents Today readers name Zuo a top home office furniture supplier

Readers of Home Accents Today, the leading trade publication covering decorative accessories, accent furniture, gifts, lighting and an array of other home furnishings categories, have named Zuo as one of the top three home office furniture suppliers in the business.

That’s pretty heady stuff, but the publication’s prestigious Reader Rankings are no joke. Retailers, interior designers and distributors in the residential and hospitality furniture segments take them very seriously, and it’s quite a feat to get consistently high marks from HAT’s readers – many of whom are Zuo customers.

“We are very humbled by this honor, and we appreciate the confidence the readers of Home Accents Today have shown in our company,”said Luis Ruesga, CEO of Zuo.

Ruesga was quick to point out that the honor would not have been possible without the strong team of employees the company has been able to assemble.

“Every employee is dedicated to the company’s success, and without their hard work, honors such as this would not be possible,”he said. “It’s not because of any one individual. This truly is a total team effort.”

Home office furniture has long been one of Zuo’s signature categories, and it was an especially hot category during the pandemic when millions of Americans were forced to work or attend school at home. Ruesga said the company’s strong relationships with suppliers, coupled with a sourcing strategy that doesn’t depend solely on Asian factories, enabled it to avoid many of the product shortages that plagued other furniture industry players as the pandemic raged and demand skyrocketed.

That enabled the company to ship orders in a reasonable amount of time, which undoubtedly helped boost its standing among customers – many of whom happen to be readers of Home Accents Today.

The Reader Rankings should add to the momentum Zuo has established as it embarks on a series of key trade shows in January and early February. The Atlanta Market takes place Jan. 10-16 at AmericasMart, and that is followed by the Las Vegas Market, which takes place Jan. 29-Feb. 1 at the World Market Center.

Shortly thereafter, Zuo will be an exhibitor at Expo Mueble Internacional in Guadalajara, Mexico. That event runs from Feb. 15-18.
