We are in the northeast corner of Mississippi, 30 miles east of Tupelo. Please see our Map to TFS for directions.

Our showroom hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

To apply for terms with Tremont Floral, you must have owned a business for at least three years. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for a credit check. To begin the process, download the credit application here complete it, and submit it via email to accountsreceivable@tremontfloral.com or fax it to 662-652-3356. For any questions, please contact our accounts receivable department.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Tremont, Mississippi.

Our minimum order amount is $300.

Customers are responsible for the full freight charge. However, we always strive to find the most cost-effective shipping option available. Ground packages will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. For web orders, the normal shipping time is 2-5 business days after placing an order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-800-647-9390 or email customerservice@tremontfloral.com within 10 days of receiving your order to file a discrepancy claim. As stated on our invoices, all claims must be reported within this timeframe. Once reported, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international orders, we prefer that customers use a freight forwarder, as direct shipping can be very costly. If direct shipping is required, we can accommodate it, but please be aware of the higher shipping costs. Additionally, for international credit card payments, there is a 7% fee, so we strongly encourage payment via wire transfer or ACH to avoid this additional charge. Our shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment, as well as the rates of the shipping carrier. We always strive to find the most cost-effective option for our customers.
